Returns & replacements
Every deal on Coral comes with a 30-day return window unless the seller explicitly states otherwise in their bid — and any exception must be highlighted before you accept.
Standard returns
30 days from delivery. Item must be in the condition described. Coral covers return shipping when the item doesn't match the bid.
Refunds
Approved returns credit your Coral Wallet the day we receive the item. Wallet balances can be withdrawn to your bank in one business day.
Replacements
Some sellers offer direct replacements instead of refunds. You'll always be given the choice.
